Story Your Values to Life

When it comes to expressing company values, businesses forget that simply stating your values isn't enough. This video will explain how to story those values to life.

I liken it to the process of falling in love (isn't that what you want customers to do with your brand after all?)

I remember when I first started dating my husband; we were in that phase where we were trying to identify what the other person valued and if it aligned with our own, individual values. But simply saying, "I value trust" or "Family is important to me," wasn't enough. Instead, as is often the case with dating, we exchanged stories. Stories of when trust was violated. Stories of what "family" looked like to us. It was an informal process, but an important one. And one businesses should pay attention to.
